Hey Frank how are you? Did we have the meeting for this year yet? I know last year it was in August or Sept. I ran the site out in norcross last year. I was hoping to get a location set up somewhere in Cherokee. Not sure though what's been mapped out. If I'm needed in Norcross I'm happy to go there too.
Did I miss the sign up for this year shoot? If not, let me know. My staff and myself are available after 12 and can help out at a location that needs some bodies.

I'll actually be in Atlanta until the 8th of December, and then I go back to NY for the holidays. So I have to doubt how useful I am as a volunteer up to that point. Let me know.
Frank, a friend and I are both interested in volunteering. I have worked with a women's shelter on the north side of town and I thought they would be perfect to photograph for this. I found out about everything early, but didn't know there would be an organized Atlanta event. I was out-of-town when the assignments were all worked out, and afterward I didn't think there was a place for me.
I write for a site called (in)courage (http://www.incourage.me/), which is sponsored by DaySpring. DaySpring/(in)courage is interested in helping if there's anything they can do.
I guess I ran out of steam when I realized there was an organized event in Atlanta and I thought I'd missed out on it, so I didn't follow-up with my original idea.
What would you suggest for my friend and I? We both live on the north end of town. We both have cameras and she has lighting and a good printer, too. I have a connection to a photo paper company, too.
