Another note: Just because I stated that I am new to this doesn't mean I am not willing to take a leadership role at one of the locations. I have been an art director for 15 years and have organized a few different events over the years. You can count on me to be a good partner next weekend.

I am in. Just let me know when and where you want me to be. I have never participated in this type of event so I am really unsure of how to best provide my help. I do have several lights and a backdrop stand unfortunately the only wide backdrop that I have is black paper. I live on the convergence of North Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria so maybe that helps determine where to place me although, I'll go anywhere I am needed.

My wife is the Senior Retail Manager for MAC in Arizona and New Mexico so I have lots of connections with makeup artists. The only problem is most of the artists work Saturdays this time of year and are not allowed to take time off but I will put the word out to the group.
