About Me

I am an American from Missouri, USA but have been traveling around the world for the last 5 years doing photography on my own.  I started out like most people and am self taught.  I try and focus on people more then anything else with my photography and enjoy doing portraits best.

A friend told me about this website and I hope to start my first session in Medellin, Colombia soon.  I did something like this before on my own in India (click here to see example) and am super excited about doing it here in Medellin where I have been living for the last 3 months.  I love Colombia and the people and if I can give back, it just makes my day eve better.

I live in Omaha, NE, but I learned Spanish here (in school, but practiced with mostly Colombian and Venezuelan international students), my friends have called me a "Gringalombiana", and when I went to Colombia, I felt "home". Sooooo, I would LOVE to make sure there are events in Colombia! So far, there is one photog in Bogota who joined the Spanish language group I created, but I haven't heard anything from Medellin yet. I would love for you to start an event there, and to help you in any way that I can!
