Just wanted to get back with you on the details for Saturday. We will be working out of two rooms at the Ambassador and have a full schedule in both from 9:30 to 2:30. This is one famliy per half hour. Are you able to bring a backdrop and lighting? If you could plan to arrive by 8:30 a.m. to set up, I think that would work. We will have some additional volunteers that will be checking in families and keeping things organized, so you won't have to worry about that. I thought that you and I could work in one room like we did last year and we have a few additional photographers that will set up in the other. It has been very exciting talking with all the families and I am looking forward to a great day on Saturday. Please confirm that you recieved this message.
