Maybe contact Will, the person who's the coordinator for the nyc area?  Jerome used to be here, but he moved to France, and his name is still up on the website (confusing, I know).

I trust that you received Will's email (I saw you on the CC list). I think you should see this with him directly since he can update the spreadsheet. I suppose that an entirely new one should be made.

Hello Susan,

I moved to France in January, and won't be able to participate in this year's HP. There are many team leaders in NYC that may have planned something, you should get in touch with them. They are also administrators of this group and have all the rights necessary to update it.
