Do you know how they got that? We tried and they only offered like a dozen boxed lunches for those volunteering, nothing more.

 

My husband and I organized this one. I helped out at the main help-portrait last year and after being confused about where HP was going on in San Diego this year, we decided to host it ourselves since we already knew where there were families in need. Jason, my husband, was on this forum too and is a photographer and we have several others coming. We are good on photographers, just needing help with the other stuff.

I am not sure if you were considering a release to the local media for staffing volunteers but it is an option that is available while there is time.
