Elam Photography strives to capture the moments of beauty that God’s hands have put in place for us. As a result, I capture personalities, not people. As a photographer, I realize a good picture is not all in the composition, exposure, or angles. To me, a good picture is one that tells a story and elicits thought and emotion with its content. I believe the best pictures are taken with the heart, so my approach to photography consists of capturing moments of spontaneity at their most natural and genuine state, so my goal is to make my clients feel comfortable in order to achieve candid, whimsical portraits.
