Nice to meet you :) That's cool that you have seamless backdrops, and are open to an outdoor location. Perhaps the best thing is to secure an indoor location, and discuss something near an outdoor location in the case of weather.

Still need volunteers for Dec 4th. We have about 100 families at this center and Ritz Camera has donated a printer and tech- just need to raise funds for the 2nd print (180 dollars) donation info below. hope we all can combine efforts!

BIG NEWS: Borrowlenses.com will be providing everything for 4 booths (cameras, lights, stands, triggers) except seamless. So we need 2 more sets for extras and 4 seamless set ups.

2) Share resources - gear, hook-ups, contacts
3) Discuss Locations (indoor/outdoor)
4) Plan to get the word out - facebook, craigslist, churchs, etc...
5) Commitments & Next Steps
