I would love to help out as an assistant or however else you need at the event. I'm a novice at photography but i do have a 7D that I can bring if that would be useful as well. I can only stay until noon but hopefully that will work out alright.

It would be a huge help if you could take charge of these two items... let me know what you think.
1. Recording the number of portraits given - this is defined by the number of people who had their picture taken either as individuals or in a group, number of photographers and number of volunteers (event, hair, makeup, assistants, etc) - a photographer/volunteer sign in sheet would be great.
2. Help me organize a group shot of the photographers/volunteers (at the endof the event) and print/bring a a landscape 8.5x11 paper with our city, state and country written on it.
Please let me know your thoughts and if you are interested in helping in this capacity.
