Yes, I am doing a walkthrough with my contact for the DT event in two weeks b/c I will be out next week for work. So I figure right after that we could meet in the evening and I will have a lot more details for everyone concerning that specific location. But I do agree that we need to have as much communication as possible with the other team!
I just got off the phone with the executive director of Union Rescue Missions, and now have a venue for the event. We will be partnering with them at the Second Baptist Church in downtown Little Rock. We are currently expecting around 250 people to be there that we can impact. My wife has also received makeup donations from Sephora and we will have 3-4 makeup artists working with us from there. The event at the church is only from 9a-2p. So I figured we could get there to set up around 8ish. They will be serving food and giving out clothes, cleaning and cutting hair as well as giving out flu shots to all those in need at the event. I will have more details soon. You want in??
