Hello Jen - It appears that you had a successful event last year. We have started planning for the Help-Portrait day in Reston, Virginia. This will be our first event ie. no experience with this at all. We are thinking that we can serve serve about 300 individuals and families with 6 set ups (seamless, lights, etc.) which we think our volunteer photogs can provide. Does 6 sound right? How did you handle printers? Did you rent, buy, or use those of volunteers? Other than ink and paper what other costs did you find needed to be paid for? Any help that you can provide will be appreciated.
