We have three locations.
Chapel Hill headed by Mr. Larry Clements
Cross and Crown headed by Mr. Thomas Riffey
Catholic Charities headed by Mr. Tony Romo
We came up with the solution of having guys decide which location they want to team up at.
We each need at least three admin guys so they can take care of registering people in and helping those people find a station that they need to be at, take care of the info that needs to be passed on to those people and answer questions that are asked.
We are going to find out if Canadian Valley is going to send their beauty regimen students to help us with the hair and makeup.
We are looking to see who will be our printer.
We will be meeting up one more time on Nov. 29th
I think I summed it up for us but if anybody from the meeting has anything to add just add to it.
