I have two things going on tomorrow that I am trying to work around now. I have a fed ex delivery that someone has to be here to sign for and my session that is between 1 and 2. Depending on when my delivery comes, I have someone that can wait for it until 11:00 so I can come until then and help out and if it comes before 11, I can stay until closer to one. If not, I will come out and help you guys at least with set up, workflow or anything I can in the morning and come back after my session is done. I hope this hepls and I am sorry I couldn't make it for the entire day!

- Hey Jackie - If you send me the names of your volunteers and photographers I can get started on a spreadsheet so we have some idea as to how many people we have. I can do whatever you want me to do. I'll try that Google Docs thingy. One of our volunteers, Sue Vollmuth, has said she will contact her fellow Mary Kay consultants for "make-up artists" roles.
Also, I just got the name of the person that my company goes through for our Adopt-A-Family project during the holidays. She is from the Salvation Army. Would you want me to contact her?
