Thanks for your response. I would be so happy to help from 8 till about 1:30. I did not learn of this till yesterday and I already made a another committment. Do you need tables? I am planning to bring a coffee cake for the workers and 2 big cookies trays and a case of water. What else do you need? What about some toys for the children to use for props?

This seems to be a devoted group with lack of leadership.In few years I will retire from profit-making work and might be willing to assume leadership if this organization wants me.
