Event Date?

Hi Everyone! I was aiming to do this event on December 10 to coincide with the mainland groups, but it would work better for me (and everyone else) if it was on a later date. "Awesome! I unfortunately have shoots booked that day too. I haven't done this specific event, so if you have any insight that would be great. I do have a photo printer that prints 4"x6" photos onsite. Do you have another option?"

"Well, we need to decide on an organization first then we set a time to do so, then just show up with your equipment and then shoot our subjects and make them happy :)"
