Operation PAR Clearwater Fl at OPeration PAR: 3rd Floor TC

Operation PAR is a very large non for profit drug and alcohol treatment program, based in Pinellas. We plan to photograph at least 40 women and their 20 children who are in long term residential treatment and do not have portraits of themselves or their children. The administration are very excited about our project, as it is in synch with PAR's philosophy of empowering women. Our portraits will help build self esteem and connection with the community.
