There are two sites on the 12th: the first is Solutions for Change, which is a transitional housing center located in Vista. The person organizing this is Rebecca Beattie (I think I spelled her name correctly) - we are meeting on site at 8am to set up. Rebecca divided the photographers into teams (I think there are six teams at this point), and each team is taking photos of about 6-8 families/individuals. It is rather loosely organized, i.e., not everybody has necessarily confirmed that they will be there on the date, and more people are welcome to join in. The second site is near Mira Mesa, I believe, and Pol is the one organizing that. I think the event will take place after 1pm. If you go to the San Diego Forum, there are some threads that describe the sites, and I believe there is also an event site where both events have been entered. You can rsvp for one or both there.
One person has organized a printer, paper and toner from HP and another person has volunteered to collect processed files from photographers after the event (by email, upload, etc.) to print the photos.

Hope that helps.
