Just let me know Kate. I can probably work out just about any day if need be for a meeting after work. March 10 and 24 I am completely tied up, otherwise I can move things I around I think if you need me.

Kate,  I will be available between the 9th and 18th (except for the 17th) for a meeting.  I'm in Indy.  I know you're waiting on word from HP or Gov. Daniels, but do you have any idea how soon the event might be at this point? 
Also, I have started a discussion for those closer to Indy that would like to have a meeting or work our a Skype call with Louisville.  Thanks!

I think maybe a meeting in person for the first one, someone can show me howto skype then after that we can do the skype meeting. I work downtown Indy at VA hospital so I can meet after work. Let me know.

We can always do a skype call too if we want to combine the groups.  If we can find a night in the next week or two that both groups would be available we can skype together.  I'm available any night but Tuesday next week.

I have calls out to Help Portrait and Governor Daniels to get more guidance on a timeline that would work best for the families.  I definitely think we should begin planning.  Is anyone available in the next week or two for a meeting?  What part of town works best for those in Louisville?  If the Indianapolis group would like to meet as well and we can pool ideas.

Where are we at with setting this up?  Should we set up a group meeting to talk about it?
