Excellent! Thanks Rick.

My coworker suggested we keep the Presbyterian church in Henryville in mind as a location option. Apparently they have been owning their space up for volunteers & food services. She also knows lots of people in the area so we should be good on advertising once we finalize a date for IN.

Our donor site is up as well so spread the word!

I just heard from Indy Photo Coach.  They are happy to provide us the means to find more volunteers and such.  I will provide more info as I receive it.

I have been in touch with Central Indiana United Way and they indicated that they will try to get in touch with Metro United Way and try and get some info as to about how many families were affected by the storms so we can start planning the magnitude of this project.  Still working with Indy Photo Coach in trying to get the word out to their students so as to recruit volunteers

Jennifer - what side of Indy are you on? So far we have North, West and South, so we'll need to come up with a location for us all to meet if everyone can on the 13th.

Has anyone tried doing a Google+ hangout? I believe that way if people can't meet they can still join the meeting.

NEXT MEETING will be Friday, April 13 at 7 PM at the Heine Brothers on Bardstown Rd and Eastern Parkway (for those in Louisville).  If the Indy group can meet somewhere as well as those in Eastern Kentucky we can hopefully Skype in more people.  Look forward to seeing everyone there!

Just wanted to check in to see if there were any meetings/Skype calls yesterday about the event. If so, please share any details. Thanks!

My apologies for just now getting caught up. If this is still going on I can join.

My  Skype name is rtrost6639, but I'm having trouble getting on Skype.  It's telling that it is not available.
