HELP PORTRAIT 2011

Hi there,

It's time to get started on the next project. This time I think we should focus on spreading the photos over a few weekends, rather than just one day but have our final day on the 10 Dec 2011.

Could you please let me know if you're still interested in being involved and what ideas you have. I have contacted the Wellington City Council who can put us in touch with a number of different groups, eg. refugees, new immigrants, community groups etc.

Please also think of sponsorship - the printing seems to be the biggest hurdle for us all so if anybody has any contacts......

Hi team....i'm keen to be involved this year if poss. Whats the update for Dec? also - i'm based primarily in the Wairarapa so particularly keen on doing something over here...does anyone know if there are other members based around the Wairarapa?

That's great - I don't have anybody else on the list who is obviously from Wairarapa but if you want to link with us and do your thing over there then that's fine too. Let me know.....

Okay, thanks for the confirmation - all of you! How about a get together at Finc on Wakefield Street on Saturday at 10.30am? Please let me know if you can make it. I have CCF confirmed again for this year but battling to get the Wellington City Council to assist with their community groups. Any other ideas welcome but remember, we need a venue for each group.....

What's the plan for the Saturday meeting?
Talking about possible venues?
Zelda, I guess you have talked to Brenzen already. She ran it the first time and we had a venue in Miramar. I think we also spoke to the Salvation Army.
