Hi,

Just chatted to my friend from the dom post, and it's funny that she suggested that we need visuals to get into some newspapers, so I think it is a great idea. Local newspapers are also great in that they are free and not everyone can afford buying newspapers like the dom past, which is why it is important to cover those first.
She's given me contacts from the wellingtonian, which is printed every Thursday. mindfood.com was also suggested, and am just looking into this.

ARTICLE IN THE NEWSPAPER -- request for group photo to publish

I got a call from The Wellingtonian newspaper today who want to publish an article about us and help-portrait in next week's paper. One of their reporter is heading down to Miramar this Saturday (5 Dec), 2pm to meet us at the Miramar Community Centre for a group shot to go with the article. Feel free to bring your cameras if you want (only for posing).

This is a great opportunity for all of us to get the word out!!

We still need to find more people 'in need', please keep spreading the word.
