Hey everyone who is working the Church location, this is your place. Your place to hash it out, to love on each other, to decide things, to rest and relax, WHATEVER you need to do this is it.

You guys have several set ups and a few other possibilities as well. You'll be shooting from 10-4 with a setup time of 9am. Ya'll rock. I really wish I could be everywhere this day. Good luck and let us know of anyway that we can help you out!

Okay everyone - I had1000 flyers printed to share amoung us. They are at my studio. You are all welcomed to come by tomorrow or Monday and pick up several hundred from them to distribute at places you know. I have appointments all day and will be in from 9-5. Please let me know if you'd like to stop by to get some. I'll have them sitting out fornt for you. Like I said at the meeting last night my studio is smack in the middle between the Southside and the Pennisula.
The address is 5709 Churchland Blvd.- Portsmouth. Google maps will get you here with no real trouble. Please come on by :) I hope this will help.

It looks like Cathy and I are going to try to meet at the church on Monday to scout out the best set-up. If anyone else wants to see the church before Saturday, let me know and we can work something out.

I think Cathy said around noon. We'd love to have you (or any other members of the team for that matter) join us!
Cathy, John, David and I met at the church today to figure out where we'll set up. Since we'd like to be able to print straight out of camera, we need to make sure we have time to set up lights and color balance the cameras on Saturday. If possible, it would be great for all shooters to be there by 8:30 on Saturday so we have time to do test shots and make camera adjustments as needed. Also, John will be able to give us specific instructions on how we need to do camera settings so the printing will go smoothly.

Depending on how many people we have wanting photos, we would like to give our guests the opportunity to choose their favorite image and then burn CDs if they want to have one. We will need someone to do this. John will be bringing a laptop with Bridge installed for that, but we need people to run it. Volunteers? We can certainly do it in shifts.

We thought it would be best to set up backdrops and stands on Friday so we're not as pressed for time on Saturday. We're going to meet at the church at 2 on Friday to do that. I know many of you will be at work then, which is totally fine. We also have a great atrium area for shooting with natural light if someone wants to do that or if we need the additional space.

Hi all! Just wanted to let you know I printed copies of the H-P copyright release to give out Saturday. Does anyone have CD sleeves? If not, I'll pick some up.

Ok, I just went ahead and picked up some CD sleeves today along with a case of bottled water.
