Quick note on this - the group is a public group which means that anyone can join which means that anyone can see the pictures that are posted. For the privacy of those we photographed and whatever situations they may be in I'd like to add my $0.02 and ask that none of the images be posted. We can haul out the laptops at an after party and go through some if we want but I just don't think that these pictures should be out on the internet. Help Portrait has also weighed in on this in saying that "behind the scenes" type images are fine but those that directly show your subjects shouldn't be posted.

As per the request of Cathy Benton, I have created a Facebook group for Help-Portrait for our area. I made it "Hampton Roads" because I wasn't sure whether or not to name it Chesapeake since the locations vary and may change (even though we're the Virginia Beach group). If you're on Facebook, look for the group under Help-Portrait Hampton Roads, or you can also find me by looking for my name "Arnel Custodio". I will posting pictures to it gradually. Let's plan our "get-together" there. Feel free to post your comments and pix there too! See you there!

Sorry Kristine, the folder I am referring to is on my computer. Those are the people I retouched. Arnie and John should each have some too.

Oh yeah, I'm very down for getting together to discuss the big day and network with you guys and gals again in preparation for the next event. Hopefully, we can do this often.

Kristine, I think David means the folder on his laptop that he used to edit the photos. Cathy, I've been lounging all day as if I never been on my feet for more then a few hours but I will put the video on DVD so you and Charles can work your magic. I hope to have it to you by COB tomorrow.

It was such an awesome experience working with other photographers, make artists, hair stylists, volunteers and most importantly - this would not be possible if it were not the folks that were being photographed.

I would love to be a part of this in the furture and I know my church is interested as well as a future location. My church is Western Branch Community Church in Chesapeake.

I am such a newbie photographer with much too much to learn ...thank you for the experience and tips.
