for everyone taking pictures, here is how we will work the picture taking logistics. (vet's from last year, feel free to correct me if I miss something or explain it wrong...)
::IN SESSION::
When you start your session with a person/family, your first picture will be of their ID. This will be a 1st name, and a number. Please write down the file # of your 1st picture, and the file # of your last. (i.e. 1st = DSC_0029.JPG last = DSC_0054.JPG)
That will give you a range for sorting based on name for later when we have to sort for printing.
::AFTER POST-PRODUCTION/EDITING::
We will load our pics up to a central location for printing, and they will need to be loaded up the following way.
file name will start with the title of your location and the name of the person.
location codes will be:
> chapel hill = CH+name
> catholic charities = CC+name
> cross and crown = CNC+name
for example, if you worked at chapel hill, and took pictures of bill and lisa, your file would be named: CHBILLANDLISA.JPG
*** We still need to determine the sorting of pictures for this year, if we can print them in separate runs so that the file names are printed in their respective groups that would be great, but I don't know if that will happen or not yet. Still TBA.
This is all up for discussion as well. If you can suggest a better way, please go for it. We love making it easy!
