Thanks for the update Craig, Thats too bad, hope we could make the one in 2010 happen. Does the HP activitie only goes once a year?

Looks like the Taipei event won't be taking place. The charity we'd contacted have backed out and we don't have time to organise something else in the next day or so. We do have other ideas along these lines, but not until 2010. Sorry about that.

Hi all...I've just joined HP Shanghai yesterday but I would be in Taiwan on Dec 12 so I could not make it to this event in Shanghai. Just wondering if I could join HP Taiwan as well and if there is a chance to participate in that event on the 12th in Taiwan. I am not a professional photographier, only a beginner...will that be okay?

Sounds great keep me posted. I wanted to do something like this at a local orphanage. My wife knows the principal of the orphanage, I've met some of the kids through Saturday Soccer at TES. Anyways, it'd be nice to do something for them.

Had a meeting, got ideas and then met with a charity organization. Waiting to get approval from them at the moment.
