Space allocation per photographer
Here's a random question for you all. We are working with Sydney Council on some venue options.
How much space ?m x ?m does each photographer need. Consider that lights, cables and all other gear would be contained within this space.

Hi David,
Thanks for putting so much work into this group. The 3 x 4m floor plan is going to be tight, but we'll have to make do with whatever we have. Do you have any idea of how many people will sitting for portraits? Depending on the number, we might be able to reduce the number of studio spaces/increase the space per photographer.

Thanks to those who contacted me with your feedback. Getting your input and sharing your experience helps us make this a better event. We have nearly secured a larger venue and if all goes well we will be able to take up the space to 3100mm x 4500mm. More to come shortly.
