Cherelle, Adam and I are meeting with Sydney Council on Monday to view a possible venue. It has some issues, but time is against us and the ideal venue may not be able to be secured with just 27 days to go.

I'm not designer, but have produced a view of how we could fit Help-Portrait into the space. Wanted to share it so everyone can see what this could look like on the day.

Each photographer and 2nd/assistant has a 3mx4m space (larger would be better I know) with storage behind for gear cases etc.

What do you think?

The original venue that we looked at was fantastic, but we have a better option because of the kinda assistance of 2 companies that are going to support the project. We are waiting for the paperwork to come together and when it does we can announce. I'll post new floorplans at that time as well.
