Welcome to the Southern Maryland group of "Help-Portrait." My husband and I have been photographers for over 30 years now. I stumbled on this website via Facebook and found it to be my way of giving back and paying forward. I would like to be able to give our elders, who seem to be forgotten, the opportunity to show their wisdom and qualities through our lenses. This includes veterans, nursing homes and senior centers and living facilities. Where it goes from there, is anyones guess. I would just like to see it begin ! :-)

I feel that a group would form a synergy that would evolve into itself and serve justice to this forgotten part of our population that still has so much to share.
