I have scheduled with the events coordinator at the Charlotte Hall Veterans home for Help-Portrait to be there from 9-4.  Please join our group and our effort for that day.  We need all of the help we can get.

There are 156 assisted living veterans.

Even with 4 stations, and 4 an hour, we will be coming up short.  I have no idea what to expect, so want to be able to handle the unexpected !! :-)

There is also a facebook group where we will be posting notices.  Please join.

Carol,

I will try to make one of they dates, how many photographers have you got for this event. 156 people is a lot to get through in a day with just 4 photographers.

Do you know how much space we have to work in and is there enough room to set up 4 different backdrops for us all to work at the same time?

Any information would be great.

Thanks

Scott
Hi Scott,

It's only on the 4th that we will be doing this. :-)

Hopefully you will be able to make it.

Carol
Hi, I'm planning on attending. I will bring the following equipment:

Studio Lights
Backdrops and backdrop stand
Softbox and Umbrella
Camera and related equipment.

What is our product for the vets, ie prints (what size), digital images, etc.

Thanks
Ron
I can bring 2 lights, of which 1 is a softbox and 1 is an umberella. Backdrop stand with black or white backdrop, camera and various lenses and Tripod. wireless flash trigger, not radiopopper.

Not sure how long I can attend for but will try to last the day.

Scott
Hi Scott,

That is great. I have posted a large amount of info on the Southern Maryland Help Portrait Facebook page. Please feel free to look there as well.

Thanks !
Carol
