Seattle Event December 10th - Providence Vincent House (at Pike Place Market)

Hey everyone, I am setting up a H-P event for December 10th at Providence Vincent House, and I'm looking for people to help me with this event.

We are looking for people to help in all capacities of the event. We are in the process of working with the housing residents to determine what the time need is. I'm expecting it to be like a 4 hour event something like 10-2 with setup and tear down time.

Providence Vincent House is located above Pike Place Market here in Seattle

Interested in helping. Not much experience in portraits I mainly shoot wildlife, cars and landscape so don't know where I best fit.

I'm in! This will be my first HP event, so not sure where I'd fit, but I'm willing to do anything that's needed. I have a set of background stands, a couple of lightweight light stands and umbrellas I can bring, too. Thanks for taking the lead on this. Thom (Idaho number, but living in Seattle: 208-660-4761)

Henry, I'd love to help anyway I can. This will be my first Help Portrait year and I'd like to get involved. I have a background stand, a couple speedlights, an AlienBee with beauty dish, etc.

I would be able to help... I am a startup portrait photographer: www.ADFphotos.com. I have a couple of speedlights, stands, an umbrella. I don't have a notebook computer, but could do some Aperture editing. I'm looking forward to hearing more about the plan for the day.
