 Update: 11/20/2011  We have a location for our shoot! The location will be at the PAL Teen Center 1235 Chapala Street, Santa Barbara, CA on Saturday, Dec 10. Please arrive on site at 8:00AM to assist in setup. Our day will look somewhat like this… 8:00 – 10:00 AM – SetupSetup Studio Spaces (Lighting, cameras, backdrops)Setup Computer Workstations and PrintersSetup Hair and Makeup Stations10:00AM – 3:00 PM – The Main Event 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – CleanupTear down and leave the place cleaner than we found it! I have created a Google spreadsheet with a matrix showing who is responsible for specific tasks during the day (Subject to change) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Am3XXK1FcFqhdHktZXpVaXgyaXd3MV9heGlibXJhd1E The teen center will provideVolunteers for receptionVolunteers for hair and makeup (We will be getting students from Paul Mitchell School of BeautyVolunteers to be used as runners for the various groups. SBJPG (on Meetup.com) will be responsible for providingPhotographersPhotographic AssistantsPhoto PritersVideographers (to record the event) Job Descriptions Photographers – You should be proficient in techniques in shooting subjects using manual/studio flash techniques. If this is something that you are unfamiliar with, then please volunteer as a photo assistant.Bring and use your own camera and lenses for the shoots.You should have good people skills and have patience in dealing with lots of people in a fast paced environment.  We will need to get the families in and out as quickly as possible. We will only be making 4-6 exposures for each family.Lights will be provided, but we may need more studio strobes.
