Hi team, a quick update on La Clinica - Oakland. We're looking good and everyone is super excited about Sat. I'll be sending out an email tonight to all the volunteers with some final instructions.

I'm still looking for a lead for our sign-in area. In addition, we could use 3-4 people that can help with sign in tables, creative table and generally direct traffic. Spanish speaking a huge plus. 

In addition does anyone have CDs/DVDs they can bring?  We're making it a potluck if you can bring something to share with the volunteer team. La Clinica will also be providing finger foods and snacks throughout the day. 

Going to be an awesome event. Who want's in?

Hey Gang !  SO i have decided a Potluck would be awesome for us on Saturday.  The agency is providing food for the 300+ participants and their families, and the downside with this is that we can't have you all leaving your stations to stand in line for food.  So we will have a Volunteer Potluck set up behind the Processing/Print Areas.  Please let me know if you can bring something for all of us to share. If You have any connections at Noah's bagels, Starbucks or any other joint like that let me know if they can donate.  Again this is for the volunteers only so we do not need a whole bunch, but some for ya'll!  Thanks all!!!
