Oakland - La Clinica Final Details
Oakland HP Team,
We are down to the final countdown before HP 2011. Tomorrow is going to be absolutely amazing and I'm really looking forward to working with the community from La Clinica. Here are some final details about the day:

3451 East 12th Street, 3rd Floor
Oakland, CA 94601
Parking: There is a large BART parking lot across the street from La Clinica.

Still Need:
- Make-up artists
- A few additional volunteers to help with check in, creative table and general help
Setup starts at 8 am - the more the merrier!
We'll be on the 3rd floor, come up the elevator and check in at the volunteer table when you arrive. If you are shooting the morning session, please try and arrive by 9 am to help with final details and to review the process flow for the day. If you're coming in the afternoon, please try and arrive 15 min before your shift starts.
Bring It if you have it:
- A dish/snack or drinks to share
- CDs/DVDs
- Creative Art supplies
- Props (Santa Hats, Holiday dress up, toys for kids)
Photographers:
- Bring 3-5 CF/SD cards and make sure they are labeled
- extension cords, gaff tape - can never have too much

And actually, we could use a scanner to scan the photos that people write/draw on to tell their stories. If you can help with this let me know.
Lastly, a huge thank you for being part of this amazing experience. This is my 3rd year and I still get goosebumps each year. This is going to be an amazing event. See you tomorrow.
