Hi everyone!  Hope you are all well!  I am wrapping things up and I wanted to hear from all volunteer photographers who were at the HP Event in Berkeley who took BTS photos.  Please be sure to send me the files as I need to send everything to HP ASAP!  I have fallen behind and I am under pressure.  Thanks everyone!!!!  You are all so FAB!!!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!  Todd you passed our numbers in Berkeley but we had a blast too.  Glad it went so well for you!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!!!

Oakland HP Team,

Thank you for a truly amazing day on Saturday. It was incredibly rewarding to see the expression on each individual's face when we handed them their photos and CD. Each of you played a part in delivering something very special and I really appreciate your hard work.  We ended the day with 75 sessions and took photographs of 230 people. Our contribution as 1 of 5 Bay Area locations helped give away professional portraits to over 1200 people on Saturday. Incredible!!

A special thanks goes out to a few of the leads who without their help, this could not have been possible.

• La Clinica - Ana and her team not only hosted us for the day, but also hit the streets when we were slow to bring in additional clients.
• Muhammad for supplying half the gear that made up our 4 booths and the 12th hour savior with a printer.
• Christopher and Jomar for jumping in with the rest of the gear, setup and working with the photographers throughout the day
• Dale for organizing the front check in and making sure we had a solid process
• Denny, Ely and Tom for manning the most stressful table of the day and processing all the wonderful prints many of you took
• William for keeping us organized, efficient and the clients happy 
• Brenda for making sure we had full stomachs with the best spread of all 5 locations

I know we had a few challenges throughout the day, but you each should be proud of what we accomplished. Our reliance on a single printer, having only 3 of 4 laptops that could burn CDs and not having as many clients as we originally planned leaves opportunities for improvement next year.
