I just joined and would love to be involved but I am not sure how. I am a photographer and one of my specialties is portrait work, so it seems like I could really help. I have always felt taking a portrait was an experience that goes beyond photography. If anyone can help me understand how I can be involved, please let me know. Thanks!

Hi everyone. I have a system that we can project photos almost instantly onto a screen and the image is available in less than 2 minutes online and on your Iphone or BBerry, that would be great for a bigger event with sponsors. Their logos could be seen on the spot, as it happens, between shots and online. We can also broadcast it live and generate more awareness and opportunties for mor events. Let me know.

hey guys, I'm a hobbyist photographer and i would be interested joining this as well. unfortunately i live in santa clara and sunday morning meetings don't work well for me (but i can make exception for the event date).
equipment: canon 40d, 17-55mm f/2.8, 70-200mm f/2.8, tamron 50mm f/1.4, 580EXII flash, manfrotto 055b tripod+ballhead, canon i860 printer, some experience with lightroom2

Agenda:
1) Finalize Locations and Start/Stop times
2) Review resources - gear, etc...
3) Brainstorm value added services per location
4) Brainstorm content for org flier
5) Photographer commitments

What our group needs:
1. 1 or 2 printers for onsite printing of 5x7 photos
2. How many photographers are participating, so far we have 7
3. How many photographers have a full set of gear
4. How many non-photographers, assistants available
