Thanks to all who have already signed up to help with the mission location. MEDA is very excited to partner with us this year!

 

We're still looking for people who have lighting equipment or who can help with the printing/processing.

PARKING: There's a yellow loading zone on 19th if you're bringing equipment. One/Two hour parking nearby. Best thing is to use public transportation if you're not bringing that much gear.

I can bring my lights.  I've got multiple Drop it Modern backdrops I can bring (but only 1 backdrop stand).  The lighting of course would only be for 1 station, but I'll bring it.  I've put the word out for makeup artists, registration peeps, and post production peeps.  Hopefully there are more people who sign up!

Consider the hair/makeup taken care of. I have student from the Marinello School of Beauty signing up this week. I am contacting a printing crew I work with and should have an answer from them by Friday. 

What are the requirements for the Print Table? Might have 3 people to sign up for it :)

Hey Anne! 

That's awesome that you have several people who want to help out. As mentioned on the frontpage: Sign up for areas that you know - last year we had people signup for processing and didn't know lightroom.  Love the enthusiasm but that isn't the place for learning something like that.

They'll probably need to be ok with lightroom (or similar type program), make some basic adjustments-- nothing too fancy. 

We do need the help at the printing station, but we also want to make sure things run smoothly that day with so many people coming through. Hope that helps!

People interested in meeting up before the event? Actually, if you guys want to do a walk-through of the actual space we'll be using, I can set up a time to meet at the location, although they are only open during business hours. We can also meet over the weekend, if that works better for you guys. Please reply so we can plan!

I'd like to help out with File Management/ post processing and know LR2.7 but I don't have a laptop to use. I can also do some shooting but just can't take the full shift due to a bad back. How can I help?

I'm trying to find more laptops/LR for us to use, but it's been very difficult, as you can imagine. Do you know anyone who has one we can borrow? In any case, you can sign up for a processing/printing slot if that's ok for your back. Thanks!!!
