A quick update on our Oakland event at La Clinica - Transit Village location.

Thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer thus far. We are well on our way to an exciting event and looking forward to serving 200-300 individuals and families on 12/10.

If you're still looking to join an HP event and get involved, we have a number of great opportunities for you. I recently updated the Volunteer Sign-up spreadsheet and we're looking for help in the following areas.

Leads:

• Makeup
• Processing
• Printing
• Creative
• Video

Volunteers:

• Makeup
• Setup/Teardown
• LR3 junkies for processing
• Printing
• Creatives

In addition to volunteers, we also still need help with the following:

• Equipment & Lighting
• Printing
• Laptops with LR3 for processing
• Blank CDs/DVDs
• Frames or other ways to display 5 x 7 prints
