Help Project SF - let's collaborate

This promo video showed some essential elements to putting on a fun service project. If so, I think it would be best to decide it soon.

- A central church gymnasium, or some public space? your space?
- choosing an individual or a family that is most in need of help.
- find friends who are makeup artists
- volunteer printers and simple studio equipment
- your participation, your camera and willingness to share your resources of talent and time, and pictures.
- videographers

I think it would be good to get together for a cup of coffee sometime in SF and start a live discussion. How bout soon? ((how about sunday, nov 8th in the mission?))

that's a good list to start...
would love to sit down and plan, but i don't know if i'll have time to meet this sunday. maybe other people are available?

anyone know of/have connections to a strategic indoor area in SF for this project?

Hi Natalie,

I really want to contribute to this project: I'm an hobbyist photographer and I've some equipment (flashes, umbrellas, reflectors, etc).
Let's meet up and start to plan something.
Sunday in the Mission is ok for me: best time would be morning/early afternoon.

Hello Team SF,

We have the ability to make a big impact with this project. As we all know, SF has the people in need and the talent to help them. With the big day just 34 days away, we should all start planning. Our first meeting will be meeting at the Mission Beach Cafe @ 9am on Nov 8th...198 Guerrero St, SF.

Possible Agenda:
1) Introductions
2) Share resources - gear, hook-ups, contacts
3) Discuss Locations (indoor/outdoor)
4) Plan to get the word out - facebook, craigslist, churchs, etc...
5) Commitments & Next Steps

Welcome!

The group meets for coffee weekly on Sunday morning 9AM. That's the format for the past few weeks, I think that's what we'll stick to if I'm not wrong. :)

Regarding Glide, yeah, check in with it!

I hope you come out this Sunday. Not sure what the word is yet, but will look forward to seeing you then.

12noon on Saturday @ Crossroads Cafe - 699 Delancy St. for about an hour.

Agenda:
1) Finalize Locations and Start/Stop times
2) Review resources - gear, etc...
3) Brainstorm value added services per location
4) Brainstorm content for org flier
5) Photographer commitments
