I just wanted to clarify that the Help-Portrait event at the Bayview Opera House is being done in conjunction with First Exposures, which means that we really want our mentees to be the "expert" photographers for that day. Since we have over 25 students in our program that pretty much takes up all the photo needs for the booths. That said, we are hoping to have more people show up/sign up than we have space, so we would still like to have some extra people available to help shoot that day. We will also totally need help with many other aspects of the day. Many of our mentors have loads of skills, but I have a feeling that we will need all the help we can get.
We do have a printer and our lighting under control, which is great! Please feel free to be in touch regarding everything else. Oh yeah, it looks like we may have a huge frame donation. If we get more than we can handle I will be sure to let you all know.

I really want to work with your group, but this will be my first Help Portrait so I'm not sure where I might be best utilized. I signed up for the Sign In area, but would love to help with the Creative Tables or where ever I might be of service. I can help with setting up, equipment, organizing, breaking down...
