Hey all! So, we are going to have 5 stations set up this Saturday. We have all the photo equipment needed, but we are two macbooks short. Do any of you mind bringing your macbook, so we can do the edits on the fly? It would need Lightroom, Camera Raw, or Aperture. Please let me know ASAP! Thanks so much!!

Alright everyone! We're having a volunteer meeting TOMORROW Dec 3rd, 5pm, at Rob's Camera! We thought it'd be good to meet there so that everyone can get a feel of the location, and so that we can map out the event.

I know it's last minute, so if you can't make it, I'll do my best to post some highlights, so everyone's on the same page for next Saturday.

Greg, I'll be out of town those days. Is there any way we could meet the week before the event. I know that's even shorter ;) but we're basically copying and pasting last year's event. Let me know what ya think.

Also, I'll be creating a FB event today so people can RSVP though that.

Hey everyone! I know we're down to the wire on this! I know everyone's been super busy... I know I have :-) Sorry for the lack of communication! I talked to Rob's Camera, and they're 100% cool with doing the same thing they did last year. (Providing the space, whatever lighting we need, and 1 free 5x7 to every guest) We also just got the hook up with Panera Bread, so that we can provide breakfast and snacks throughout the day! WooHoo! Please e-mail me or call and let me know if you'd like to be a part of this years Help-Portrait! I'd like to have at least 1 meeting before the event to discuss the game plan. Please help spread the word!
