Hey Everyone,

Please head over to our website to sign up for a volunteer position and the time slot that you are able to work. We need to start getting this information so that we can be sure we have everying covered for the event. Here is a list of the positions that we need:

Photographer (indoor portraits w/strobes or flash)
Photographer (outdoor portraits w/ natural light, small flash or reflectors)
Photo Assistant (helping adjust lighting, posing, etc.)
Post Processor (uploading & editing images)
Make Up Artist
Hairstylist
Coordinator (help with all of the details during the event and our subjects)

We have divided the day up into time slots to make it a little easier for those who can not commit to the entire day. The time slots are:

Morning (9am -1pm)
Afternoon (1pm-5pm)
All Day
Other

If the time that you are able to volunteer is different than those listed, you can just list that in the last comment box on the sign up form.
