Hey Everyone!

Had a great site visit and sign-up orientation with all of the families tonight! We have a lot of people signed up! Did not get out of there till 11pm! All of the kids are super excited for their shoots. We had a lot of families that were embarrassed that they had nothing to wear and so many were hesitant to sign up because of it. Many of them had holes in their clothes and stains. I told them do not worry we will bring stuff and then convinced them it would be ok and to sign up. So please tell everyone to bring extra clothing and accessories that they do not want anymore. So many of them were very embarrassed that they did not have anything at all to wear that was nice!!! I already raided my closets and have 3 garbage bags ready by the door filled with kids clothes and adult stuff!

I also met 1 young lady who was very young barely 19 she was legal guardian to her little sister and she was very shy when I signed her up. I was explaining what type of clothes are good to wear and to stay away from patterns... then all of a sudden she got really sad and she slowly leaned down to me and quietly said "I just checked in with my little sister and we do not have anything but what we are wearing so would this be ok". I could not help but get choked up........So if any of you have anything you can donate to the wardrobe please please bring it! I am bringing a clothing rack for both facilities with extra hangers and we are going to hang what everyone brings. We need all Sizes and Types so bring whatever you have and whatever you think might be good for pictures including accessories...ties,jackets,belts,costume jewelery,hats,scarves,pins......I am sure everything will be appreciated
