WOOHOO!!! 16hrs til our last Help-Portrait 2011 Central Florida event -- HOPE Help's "Christmas in the City."

CALL-TIME: We need ALL volunteers (photogs, editors, hospitality, etc.) to arrive at tomorrow's event by 9a for setup & be there til 5:30p for tear-down.

Hi, I signed up several weeks ago online and have not heard from anyone regarding this upcoming Saturday's event. Can you advise what my next step should be? thanks!

I haven't heard from anyone yet via phone or e-mail....

 

I have a wedding Saturday afternoon and can only shoot in the morning. Last year I took studio shots and would be glad to to so again this year (as would my daughter) but trying to plan and coordinate this on a weeks notice, or less, is going to be trying. The lack of information and planning is very frustrating. Perhaps you should reconsider your policy of "managing information privately", or at least make contact with the volunteers a bit more in advance.

do you need to sign up for events to participate? i seem to recall that was required last year, but don't seem to see any indicator of that.

(hate to say this, but the new site is very confusing and hard to navigate. i think you could reduce the number of extra options for everything without losing any functionality and make it a lot simpler for everyone.)
