Awesome! Thank you, Shelly! Yes, the plan was to do one big order when all the photos are uploaded. We might end up doing one order now and one order in a few days when all the photos are in. My friend who is donating the printing will place the order.

To everyone - I appreciate your patience in all of this! Next year will be much easier! Time was the issue this first time around, and stores agreeing to print kind of depended on how many we would need, and the number we could shoot depended on how many photographers. Many people confirmed within a week or so of the event, so it was hard to have an estimate up front. Now, we have an idea of what to expect. Next year I'll make sure we're confirmed much earlier ;) And actually, GOOD NEWS! I already have a printing plan in place for next time! Just didn't have an offer in time for our families for this year.
As all things, the first time is a little bumpy. And from talking to other organizers in other places, it was like that all over the world. To me, the amazing thing is that in just a few short months, this movement has grown so rapidly! I love it that so many people want to help make someone else smile! ;)

I hope you don't get tired of hearing it, but THANK YOU all for your hard work!

I uploaded my family. Am I right in assuming you will do the ordering?

John, thank YOU for joining us! I just looked at the photos that have been uploaded so far, and I'm so excited! They look great, and I know people will be excited to get them!

***We need more photos uploaded SOON so we can have some more to frame for tomorrow morning!***

Just a reminder that we will have a framing party on Friday, December 18, from 9 am to 11 am at the John A. Gentleman Memorial Planning Center located at 3512 Samson Way, Ste. 12. John A Gentleman has collecteed HUNDREDS of frames for us and have been totally awesome! If you can stop by and frame your photos or at least pick up some frames during this time, that would be awesome!

I just uploaded my photos to the site. Included are 5x7 and 8x10 formatted files for each sitting and the numbered reference file. Thank you so much for getting this whole thing organized Christine! I assume the framing party will be sometime this coming Sunday?

I just read the instructions and apparently you have to issue an invitation to everyone. You add the email addresses, sep by a comma, and the system sends out the invitation email. FYI, I found that info under the help tab on the groups page.

John, thank you for letting me know that! It doesn't say that anywhere when you create the room. It gives the option of inviting by email address, but then it looks like any other group I've used where you should be able to just go to the group page and join. I guess I'll go add all those email addresses! Kind of an annoying setup, but I'll make it work somehow! ;)

I still cannot access the group room. Just got off the phone with CostCo helpdesk and they said everyone still has to be invited or added to the group before they can access the group room. Apparently the owner of the room has to add the email address of the individuals to the group list, or send an invitation? I am ready to upload all my photoswhenever I can access the room.

I got mine up. I don't have a shot of the number for the older lady. But, it was 117. Jon Pearson has the shot of it.

Okay - Group Room should be fixed now! Sorry about that, I haven't used Costco before for photos.

Jeff - At the locations with more than one person, each session was given a number to make it easier to keep track of everyone. We planned to give each family 2 8x10s and 2 5x7s. Now that we are prining them through Costco, you can upload any combination of poses for that total that you would like.

Scott, Thanks! I'll change that right now. ;)
