Fayetteville locations: one at Boys club and one at St Pauls Episcopal church?

I have spoken with Becca, who told me that there is a venue already booked for the Fayetteville event on December 4th. She suggested that there might be a way to get a 2nd location set up which could be more central to downtown. I contacted Lowell Grisham at the Episcopal Church here, (St Pauls) and he said they would consider it a good fit for their mission. So I asked them to tentatively book their Parish Hall and some other rooms where food could be prepared, dressing rooms and makeup areas could be utilized, etc.

I am envisioning even having some live entertainment at the venue.

I have also solicited printing from Carl Collier at Collier's drug, about a block from the church.

So it looks like tentatively there can be 2 events in Fayetteville this year and as it shapes up we can work toward more specificity as time progresses.

Should we have a Help Portrait NWA meeting and try to determine how volunteers can be utilized to cover both locations and also how to get publicity for the event and also maybe get some teams of students deployed to do some behind the scenes video for a multimedia production we could then upload to youtube or submit to the National Help Portrait organization?
