Cathrine that is great. I just got word today that we will have a team of makeup artist on board as well.

Do you have enough equipment to setup a complete station such as background, lighting, etc ?

Hi Lee,

Do photographers provide printing equipment as well, or just lights and background? Also, will there be the option of a photo station in natural, ambient light (my preference) or is this all indoors?

Looking forward to participating in this wonderful event.

C Davila the printing is the hardest part of this entire project. I am trying to work with either Canon or Epson to provide us with printers and supplies.

But right now we don't have a printing solution. I am open to suggestions or leads on how we can handle this issue.

I would love to help as a photographer.  I have backdrops, strobes and soft boxes as well as continuous on lights if we are in a location with a power source.  I coordinated a group that did a Help Portrait in downtown DC last year and would love to be part of your plan for this year which is considerably closer to where I live.  I am not set up for onsite printing but am happy to support someone who is if that is part of your plan.

I'd be interested in participating as a photographer. I have studio lighting that I could provide as well as light stands, backdrop stand etc.

Hello Lee!  I am a photographer and I'm interested in helping.  Also, I have a team of friends that are looking to volunteer - they are not photographers or makeup artists but they could be photography assistants or general volunteers.
