I'd love to help with either photo and/or whatever else. I have an ABR800 that can be used and some speedlights. Please keep me in the loop!

Do you still need help for Saturday? I have to work and cannot come to the Tuesday meeting. Please let me know if you need help. I will do what ever you need.

Thanks,
Deb

Hi Beacon House Team;
In our meeting today, I brought those in attendance up to date on how we stand in preparation for Saturday. I was able to share with them about the results of my meeting with the Beacon House staff on Monday.

Beacon House staff will provide refreshments for the Help Portrait team and the photo clients.

Beacon House is recruiting additional volunteers to assist us on Saturday.

Beacon House is passing out flyers announcing Help Portrait and will be placing Help Portrait posters in all buildings at the Edgewood complex.

Beacon House staff will provide additional printing of portraits on their printers. For those who had planned to bring printers I would still suggest that you bring your printer.

Beacon House is providing two large rooms for us to shoot the clients which should be adequate for our purposes. they also have a long landing outside their space that can serve as outdoor shooting area.

Beacon House will open at 9:00am so that we can set up in advance of the start of Help Portrait Day.

Beacon House is attempting to arrange for cosmetology school to provide hair stylist professionals to assist with Help Portrait Day.

Also at today's meeting David and myself shared our experience from the 2009 Help Portrait.

The current count of photographers, volunteers and MUAs is 18 and I expect that will probably increase as we get closer to Saturday.
