Hi All
Hope you all had a great holiday! The best wishes for this 2013 year!
I would like to call a meeting to finalize the HP event 2012 and plan for next years event HP 2013.
This Sunday Jan 20 1pm at the Chicago Cafe Main street door. Should be a short meeting please come if you can make it!

Great Day Still high from the shoot today! Thank you for all who participated Seems to get better every year. We had volunteers from Sudbury and London. You all did a great job! You all should be very proud. Well done everyone! Just saw us on CTV news! Super!

     Saturday Morning 10 am for the special Hostess meeting with Stefania (All hostess/greeters/models should come)

Sunday Dec-2  Help Portrait Event
Sunday Morning 7:30am Makeup /Hair team &…...  Hostess/Greeters/Models Dancers for makeup
                 8:00am Studio teams / Music /and support staff or everyone….. coffee is on

All Hostess/greeters/Models

Please special meeting Saturday 10am at the location for a short meeting with Your leader Stefania Marchione see location and set up so Sunday you will know what to do. Please note the change in time 10am .

Then Sunday please come at 7;30am for the event all black with a touch of Red or gold accent only for the Hostess/Greeters

Super Final meeting before the HP Event this weekend

Saturday Dec-1st Setup 9am-1pm

Sunday Dec-2nd HP Event 7:30am -4:30pm Be there we need you!

The group photo was organized and directed by Dave Palangio , You can always count on Dave to have a camera.
