Hi, just joined.  Is there an event in Westchester or will you join one in NY?

I'm a freelance photographer from Tarrytown, NY.  I'm looking for a group to join that will allow me to donate my services for this awesome cause.  Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to help out.

Since Westchester isn't too far from the Bronx...maybe I can recruit the volunteers for a BX event.

I haven't started anything, yet... I would let you know once I've identified a location.

Sirin: I am a High School photography teacher with equipment and student volunteers - please let me know if you are arranging the Bronx Shelter shoot - I can provide help if I get enough notice.

Hi Martin,

thank you so much for offering your help!

I think we're all set for photographers but we need another volunteer or two to assist with operations of the day. I can send you the Google sheet I've prepared for our location specifically, if you're interested.

I don't have a count, yet, on how many families we'll be photographing.

You should also check in with Will Solomon. His location is further away (Brooklyn) but it's huge and he may still need help, as well.

Let me know about volunteers/runners/wranglers/etc.

I will meet with my principal and the students today - the students would be willing to be gophers and runners - within a controlled space however - you're telling me you only need one or two students? I'd have to be there with them. I filled out one spreadsheet already but you can send me another one.

I am a high school teacher and photographer in Westchester with Photo Club volunteers - I only found out about this project today - but I can make it and some of my students could find transportation to the Bronx location - but would much rather go to a location here in Westchester if possible - I don't see any ideas along those lines, however. Where would we find out the times etc - since I'm dealing with students i'd have to have all that nailed down.
