Never done this before but I'm IN to help plan (I do production as well so I won't mind at all) and most definitely to SHOOT! I can make the meeting next week.

Good to see you, Will!  I definitely plan on volunteering again - to document an event with stills, as I did in 2009 and 2010.  I don't think I can make the meeting Tuesday, but I'll watch the site for updates.

There's an old spreadsheet still up here - will you be building on it?  I've updated my info for 2011.

I'm in! Should be able to make the meeting on Tuesday, but if not (I may be taking a class that starts that night), I'll be in touch on Wednesday.

This will be my first year participating and I am looking forward to helping out in any way that I can.  I already signed my name to the spreadsheet. I will definitely be attending the meeting next week Tuesday and I look forward to meeting everyone then.

I just moved to NYC and would love to help out.

 

I've photographed in the past in Houston and Albuquerque and work as a photojournalist.

I'm definitely in. Unfortunately, I'm working Tuesday night and will be leaving for a week in Japan on Wednesday. I'll be in touch as soon as I get back to see what I can do to help out prior to the big day.

Will, you can definitely count me in for volunteering this year.  I can help find resources and can definitely shoot.  It will be my first year participating and I am looking forward to helping out in any way that I can but in a Manhattan location primarily.  I have added my name to the spreadsheet. I am planning on attending  the meeting tomorrow if I finish a shoot I have in the early evening.  If I miss it I will definitely check this board.  Or is there a more direct way to touch base with you Will?

I have been looking forward to joining this wonderful project since I learned of it last year.  And  I hope to meet some of you  others tomorrow evening.

Can we have  leads from last year who will be taking part in this year HP post your location for this year.

 I'll be at The Children Incarnation Center again this year. I've already spoken to them and they are very excited to have us back this year.
